HOW would you like to get your mortgage paid for the next year?

The Evening Post is offering you the chance to win enough money to pay for your mortgage or rent for 12 months – up to £8,500 over a year.

To have a chance of winning you need a game card.

You may already have one from your March 15 edition of The Observer – but if you missed out then you can also get your hands on one from local participating retailers. All you have to do is go into a shop which is taking part and ask for a free card.

The game card has a six-digit code printed on it, and if your code gets printed in the Evening Post over the next couple of weeks you will win a cash prize.

Make sure you buy the Evening Post every day from March 19 until April 4 to check if your code is printed – different codes will go in every day.

Everyone who gets their code printed will win a place in the grand final, where you could win the big prize of up to £8,500.

Everyone else in the final will win a share of a £1,500 pot of cash, which will be split equally.

If you see your code printed, call the claim line on 0117 934 3034 between 10am and 3pm the day after your code was printed.

You must have your game card with you when you make your claim, and torn or defaced card will be declared void.

All Friday and Saturday claims should be made the following Monday between 10am and 3pm. Claims will not be accepted outside of these times.

Katherine Woolley, senior promotions executive at the Evening Post, said: "We are really excited to be giving someone such a great prize. Just think what a weight off your mind it will be to have your mortgage paid off for a year.

"Then instead of all your hard-earned wages paying off your mortgage or rent, you can save up for that new car you've been meaning to buy, treat yourself to a nice holiday, or really spoil your family and friends when birthdays and Christmas come round.

"If you haven't already got yourself a game card make sure you get one before Monday."

Entrants must be 18 or over and only one claim will be accepted per household.

The winner will receive their mortgage or rent paid for 12 months – with a sum of money up to £709 a month.
